Zero Adjustment Knob
This precision instrument is factory adjusted to zero and should return to
zero consistently. When the scale is moved to a different location or
bumped it might need readjustment. The Zero Adjustment Knob is located
under the edge of the base at the heel end of the scale. It can be rotated
by your index finger.
Trouble Shooting
In Case of Difficulty...
1. Make sure scale is level and on a hard surface. Do not place on
carpeted floors.
2. Place your feet in the same position each time you weigh yourself.
3. Weigh yourself without clothing, whenever possible. Clothes can vary
in weight.
4. For the most consistent readings, weigh yourself at the same time of day.
5. Allow for weight fluctuations due to food or drink in your system.
Care and Maintenance
Clean exposed parts with a soft, slightly damp cloth. To remove stains, use
a mild soap. Never use detergents, excess water, treated cloths, harsh
cleaning agents or sprays. Do not attempt to lubricate or open scale casing
as this will void your warranty.
For service or repair - do not return this unit to the retailer.
