• The light (3) will come on and the controllers (7) and (8) and the motor start.
• Press the heater switch (2).
• Light (5) will light up and the heater will start up.
• Select the working temperature in the controller (7).
• Select the safety temperature in the controller (8).
(See annexed instructions)

7.3 Temperature Controllers

HIGHTEMP uses two temperature controllers:
• The working temperature controller:
Once the controller has finished its starting routine, it allows the selection of the
working temperature (SV) by means of the «Up» and «Down» keys (See figure 7.3).
Once the working temperature is selected (SV), the oven's current temperature
(PV) will increase up to the selected value (SV).
• The safety temperature controller:
This controller works in a similar way as the former one.
By means of the «Up» and «Down» keys, a safety temperature is selected.
The safety temperature must be minimum 5ºC over the working temperature (PV).
If, in any case, the oven's current temperature (PV) exceeds the safety tempera-
ture, the oven's heater automatically disconnects.
The red light (6) indicates this failure.

7.4 Motor Thermal Protection

The oven has a thermal relay protective device for the motor which, in case of
a failure in the power supply, motor tightening or excessive temperature, etc ...
will switch off the oven.
The red light (4) indicates this failure.
If the oven is switched off by means of the thermal relay, you should disconnect
it from the mains, check the motor and once the failure has been repaired, press
the RESET key. Then the oven is ready to work again.
