WARNING : SWITCH OFF LIGHT SOURCE BEFORE OPENING THE APPARATUS TO AVOID U.V. RAYS
THIS MACHINE CAN EASILY BE HAND-CARRIED
INSTALLATION
Machine designed to be used in a room lighted at 400 lux. Avoid direct contact with sun rays.
PLACE THE MACHINE AND CHECK IT IS IN AN HORIZONTAL POSITION. OPEN FRAME COVER
You can see that transparent embossed polyester is free.
This method will enable you to obtain a high quality vacuum.
•
Quiet machine, noise highly inferior to 70 dBA : do not require special equipment.
STARTING UP
Serviceable voltage : 220 V – 50 Hz – 120 W.
Connect your machine to a 2 pole socket + protected earthing 16 A maximum with differential circuit breaker 30
Ma.
Press the main switch.
Place your single or double sided circuit with its film(s) duly marked.
Place polyester on the glass panel.
Close metallic cover.
Press vacuum pump switch.
Polyster will press the set (film + circuit) against the glass panel.
When the pump is operating and the cover is raised, polyester remains stuck to the glass panel ; this shows
vacuum efficiency even in case of partial damage of polyester.
Set your timer on required exposure time.
Example ; a C.I.F. positive presensibilized plate with a transparent film requires an exposure time of 90 seconds.
Consider that plant tracing paper absorbs up to 30 % of U.V.
Press either one or both switches to insolate the single or double-sided circuit.
For safety purposes, the cover must be closed during exposure.
When exposure time is displayed are U.V. tubes are switched on. At the end of the exposure, the tubes switch off.
Stop vacuum pump, and wait until vacuum gauge is set to zero. During a normal operation, vacuum gauge must
always indicate a vacuum greater than 0.6 Bar.
GUARANTEE
In conformance with our terms of sales, one year guarantee is applied to our machines returned to our workshop
coming either with guarantee slip or a proof of purchase date.
