This section describes the basic safety rules
when working with the device.

Safe working
• Table machines must be bolted
firmly together with the univer-
sal machine base frame before
use.
• Always check the universal ma-
chine base frame for damage
before use. Do not mount a table
machine onto a defective base frame.
• Before each use, check the se-
curing and adjusting devices
(e.g. (star grip screws, bolts and
quick-release levers) of the uni-
versal machine frame for correct
seating.

If a securing or adjusting device
is damaged or if the weld seam
is damaged, the universal ma-
chine frame must no longer be
used. Do not use the universal machine
frame again until the damage has been
repaired.
• Do not make any structural
changes to the universal ma-
chine frame.
• Make sure that the workpiece
does not protrude far beyond
the workpiece support. Uneven
load distribution can cause the universal
machine frame to tip.
• Observe the safety instructions
for your mounted table machine.
• Do not use the universal machine
base frame as a trestle.
Assembly instructions
Assembling the
universal machine base
frame
1. Place the base frame (4) on a work-
bench or on the floor. The feet (9) must
point upwards.
2. Press the spring bolt (7) and position
the foot until the spring bolt engages.
3. Position all feet.
4. Place the universal machine base
frame on the four feet.
Mounting the machine
supports
1. Position the machine supports (2) on
the base frame (4).
2. Pull the machine support quick-release
levers (8) upwards to unlock.
3. Clip the machine support onto the
base frame.
