Please read and save these instructions. Read through this instruction manual carefully before assembling and using product. Failure to
adhere to all the instructions or warnings may result in personal injury and/or injury to others, as well as damage to product or property.
UNPACKING
When unpacking, verify that all the parts are included (see last page). If any parts are missing or broken, please call your distributor
immediately.
INSTALLATION
When mounting unit on ceiling, make sure you position the hose reel high enough above the floor to avoid contact with people and
equipment.
Before attempting any drilling into walls or ceilings, make sure there are no electrical wires in the
way or behind the surface you are drilling.
1. Make sure the mounting surface is solid. If going through sheet rock, there must be anchor studs in order for the bolts to
penetrate. Draw a rectangular template with ½" holes in the centre with a length of 6-¼" and a width of 7-1/8".
Before drilling match the template with the holes on the base (1). Pre-drill the holes. Secure the base (1) to the mounting surface
with four ½" lag bolts (not included).
2. Before attaching the base to a wall or ceiling, ensure that the mounting surface is capable of supporting the weight of the hose
reel and hose and can withstand the stress of pulling and retracting the hose.
3. The support plate (2) may be adjusted so that the hoses leave the reels on either side. To change that position:
A. Pull out some hose and let the reel latch (click and stop).
B. Remove the bolts (12) that hold the support plate (2) in place.
C. Rotate the support plate (2) into the correct position. Replace the bolts (12) and tighten.
When connecting, make sure you connect RED acetylene hoses with notches (left-handed threads). Connect the GREEN
oxygen hoses without notches to the connections without notches.

    5. Alimentez le boyau par le guide de la plaque de support (2) et par la découpe de la bride du caisson (27, 28). Replacez les ressorts protecteurs du boyau (46) puis raccordez le boyau à l’orifice de sortie. Appliquez du ruban d’étanchéité (non compris) aux filets des orifices de sortie.
