To achieve an efficient training result, you must firmly grasp the
dumbbell with the hands.
The end position must be held for 10 seconds.
Each exercise should be repeated 15 times.
The timer levels have following importance:
3 minutes – for people who are inexperienced or untrained with
the dumbbell in training.
6 minutes – for people who are trained or moderately trained
with the dumbbell in training.
9 minutes – for people who are trained or well trained with the
dumbbell in training.
