Problem
The word
'READY' does
not appear
on the display.
The tip of the
hair is bent in
the wrong
direction.
Possible cause
You have used the
appliance at a
temperature setting
that is too low for you
hair type.
The appliance has not
yet heated up to the
set temperature setting.
You did not wind the
tip of the lock in the
required direction
when you wound the
lock around the barrel.
Solution
Always use the appliance at
a temperature setting that is
suitable for your hair type.
Wait a few more minutes
until the word 'READY'
appears on the display.
Make sure you wind the tip
of the lock in the required
direction when you wind the
lock around the barrel.
