Problems / Symptoms
The light does not work The appliance is not plugged in
No mist when the appliance is Water level too low

Insufficient mist The ceramic disk is dirty

Misalignment of parts A and B

Causes
Make sure that the power adapter is properly connected to
the appliance and fully plugged in to the wall socket
Fill the water container
Empty out excess water
Make sure that nothing is preventing the release of the mist
Fill the water container
Switch off the diffuser, remove parts A and B then clean off
the accumulated water drops
Clean the ceramic disk as described in the "CLEANING"
instructions
Empty the appliance and clean it
Switch off the appliance, remove parts A and B then clean
off the accumulated water drops
Adjust the position of the two upper parts A and B
