General Safety & Guidelines
• This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack
of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
• Do not operate or leave the unit in freezing
conditions.
• NEVER immerse this appliance in water!
Immersing the product in water will invalidate
your guarantee.
• Ensure that timer cover and food chamber
cover are always firmly closed when the unit is
exposed outside (Fig 20). This is to avoid water
getting in the motor compartment, battery
compartment or food chamber. (Damage due
to water ingress is not covered under the
guarantee).
• In the event that the unit should fall into
water, immediately remove the unit from the
water, takeout the batteries, open all parts and
let the unit dry for 2 days in a warm well
ventilated room. Once dry, replace the
batteries. If the unit fails to operate, it should
be repaired by a suitably qualified service
engineer (damage due to water ingress is not
covered under the guarantee).
• When not in use, empty the feeding chamber
of any food, remove batteries and store in a
dry place.
• NEVER attempt to rotate the black clock dial.
This will invalidate your guarantee.
• ONLY set the time by turning the central red
knob clockwise.
• Do not over fill the food chamber.
