OPERaTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash the glass container, the lid and the knife before using the food chopper.
2. Place the food chopper in dry and stable place.
3. Ensure that the knife is placed properly in the middle of the glass container (Fig. 1).
4. Put the food in the glass container and check that the knife is in the correct position (Fig. 2).
5. Place the lid of the food chopper on the glass container (Fig. 3).
6. Connect the appliance to the mains (Fig. 4).
7. Hold the appliance body (3) with one hand, and press the speed controller (1) or (2) with the other
hand. The unit will operate until you release the speed controller button. Follow the instructions for
maximum operating time.
8. After releasing the speed controller, wait until the knife stops. After that, disconnect the appliance
from the mains.
9. Ensure that the appliance is disconnected from the mains. Take out the knife and then the foodstuff.

Warning:
To extend the life of the appliance, observe the maximum operating time, the subsequent pause before
further use, and do not place food with a temperature higher than 50 °C.
