Notice: Changes to the Paper Width Guide
The paper width guide has been redesigned to remove paper
dust generated during printing. The bottom of the guide now
features replaceable units (replacements are available separately
under the product name "paper dust removal"). Media can be
loaded as normal, but a "task completed" alert will now sound
when media is fed into the feed slot.
Note:
The paper width guide has a toggle for selecting between
8-inch and A4 media: slide the toggle to the left when printing
on 8-inch media, to the right when printing on A4 media. A
spindle unit (available separately) is required for A4 media.
Important:
Remove the paper dust removal units before using a cleaning
sheet to clean the feed roller. Using the cleaning sheet with the
paper dust removal units attached could result in adhesive
getting on the printout, causing it to become dirty.
For instructions on removing the paper dust removal units, see
Step
on this page.
