A: Why the hub feels hot?
The hub consists of multiple ports which are
supported by different chips. Chips will generate
heat while the hub is in use. The hub is equipped
with metal shell and can dissipate heat easily, to
ensure chips' stable performance, especially after
long time use.
B: Why there is no audio output from HDMI port?
1. Please make sure that there is audio output function
on the monitor.
2. Please set the external monitor as default audio
output device.
C: Why cannot I connect two portable hard drives to
the USB port?
The USB port is powered by upstream device. The
power supply depends on the USB port of upstream
device. Please do not connect two or more high-
power devices simultaneously. As a solution, please
buy a separate DC adapter and supply power to the
hub.
