GENERAL NOTES
Recovery unit for vehicles equipped with A/C system containing refrigerant HFO-1234yf.
Design and manufacturing of the unit are carried out in compliance with the CE regulations, considering
normal use and reasonably predictable use.
The unit is designed and manufactured to be used exclusively as mentioned in the user's manual.
It is absolutely forbidden to use the unit for different purposes and modalities.
EMISSION OF AIRBORNE NOISE
The unit's noise is kept on levels lower than 70 dB (A) during working.
TRANSPORTING THE UNIT
The unit may only be transported while it is still on the pallet and still in its packaging. Use a low-lift platform
truck or a forklift truck to transport the unit. However, the unit may only be transported by trained personnel
employing individual safety measures.
NOTICE!
EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN TRANSPORTING THE UNIT. MOVE THE UNIT WITH UTMOST CARE
AND LIFT IT AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE AVOIDING DANGEROUS SWAYINGS, OSCILLATIONS AND LOSSES
OF BALANCE.
BEFORE LIFTING THE UNIT WITH THE FORKLIFT, MAKE SURE THAT THE FORKS ARE POSITIONED
PROPERLY AND THAT THEY STICK OUT ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE.
REMOVING THE PACKAGING
Before unpacking the unit, arrange a clearly demarcated, flat, ground-level surface on which the unit is to be
placed. The unit must be removed from the pallet by two persons. To remove the pallet from underneath the
unit, cut through the retaining straps and remove the cardboard and all other packaging material around the
unit. Only then lift the unit and set it down on the floor.
NOTICE!
THE FRONT WHEELS HAVE A BRAKE. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE UNBLOCKED THEM BEFORE REMOVING
THE UNIT FROM THE PALLET.
NOTICE!
PLACE THE UNIT ON THE FLOOR WITH CARE IN ORDER TO AVOID EXCESSIVE COLLISIONS THAT
MIGHT JEOPARDIZE THE FUNCTIONING OF THE UNIT.
AMBIENT FEATURES
The unit must be placed according to the following conditions:
- Maximum 90% relative humidity
- Ambient working temperature between +10°C and +50°C
- Respect of the fire-fighting protection regulations
- Front, side and rear easy accessibility in order not to interfere with periodic assistance or maintenance
operations and suitable air circulation
- Total lack of powders or corrosive gases
- Absence of vibrations
- Good lighting in the area where the unit is placed
- Level support surface
NOTICE!
IN CASE OF AMBIENT FEATURES DIFFERENT FROM THOSE DESCRIBED ABOVE WHEN INSTALLING THE
UNIT, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER BEFORE USE TO CHECK THE SITUATION.
