IMPORTANT: The appliance has been designed to operate for brief periods (max. 10 minutes).
Switch off the appliance after 10 minutes of use and allow the motor to cool for at least 30 minutes
before using again.
- Switch on the appliance by pressing the relevant On button (E); the light on the display (H) will
begin to flash.
The timer on the display (H) will begin to operate, the speed indicator "1" will appear and the whisk
attachments will start to rotate.
NOTE: Start mixing at the slowest speed, gradually increasing to the required level. For kneading,
we recommend using the higher speed settings.
- Set the required speed using the buttons (G) "+" and "-". The appliance has 16 different speeds.
NOTE: After 9 minutes and 59 seconds, the clock resets to 0 minutes and 0 seconds and begins
counting again.
IMPORTANT: The appliance is equipped with a special mechanism that makes the bowl (A) rotate
at a regular speed.
- To add more ingredients to the mix or to change the type of whisk attachment, it is necessary to
switch off the appliance, using the relevant button (E) and unplug it before lifting the power body
as described previously.
- After use, switch off the appliance and unplug the power cord from the power mains.
- Lift the arm of the support (C) by pressing the arm tilt button (B) and remove the power body, com- -
plete with whisk attachments, using the release button (I) on the back of the appliance (Fig. 8).
- Remove the whisk attachments as described previously and then remove the bowl (A).
NOTE: In case of space problems or for use with different bowls, it is possible to use the power body
separately from the support (C).

For batters, beaten egg whites, whipped cream, creams, mayonnaise. For mixing sauces and pud- -
ding mix.

For yeast doughs or short pastries as well as potato doughs for making dumplings and potato frit- -
