Troubleshooting

SYMPTOM CAUSE
Motor
DOSATRON does Water not flowing in the
not start or stops. right direction through
the DOSATRON.
Unit is working, but at
extreme low flow (at
minimum flow 1 click
every 3 minutes!).
Waterflow or -pressure
do not meet or exceed
the unit specifications.
Unit is in bypass mode.
Motor stalled.
Air has not been bled
from unit.
Maximum flow
exceeded.
Wear : Worn actuator
blade spring.
The DOSATRON Wear : The isolation
does not more start body and its seal are
at low flow. worn or dirty.

SOLUTION
Install the unit the
other way around.
Observe the unit for
over 3 minutes. If it
does not click after
this space of time,
check other "causes".
Make certain your
water installation
meets the
DOSATRON waterflow
and pressure
specifications.
Switch « ON ».
1 – Switch « ON »
and « OFF » serveral
times, then switch
« ON ».
2 – Return unit to
your service center for
repair.
Bleed air from unit, by
bleed button.
Reduce flow, restart
unit.
Change the actuator
assembly (PJDI125).
Clean or replace them
(also clean or replace
all injection seals).
