Please Note:
Please use the external DVD/CD drive on other ports or use several discs to test it if
the item doesn't work.
Here are some tips for you after preliminary troubleshooting:
1. Why the computer doesn't recognize the external DVD/CD drive?
A small number of high version systems doesn't equip with a driver, please download a
driver such as Driver Genius. Here is the link for the driver: http://www.driver-soft.com/
Please restart your computer after installing the driver. Then check device with mobile
storage in your computer whether it displays the drive or not.
2. Why the external DVD/CD drive doesn't read the disc?
Some systems didn't integrate the Media Player APP. Please download a media player
to play DVDs and CDs. Such as VLC Media Player would help you read the disc. Here

3. Why the external DVD/CD drive still doesn't work after installing the driver and
media player?
The low power supply may cause failure to recognize the drive or read the disc.
Please charge your computer when connecting with this external DVD/CD drive.
Please hook up the drive to the USB port on your computer directly, don't use any
device to connect such as extension cord, USB hub.
For the desktops, please connect the device to the USB port of the motherboard for
normal use.
