FIRST USE

- Before using for the first time, wash all of the accessories in soapy water. Rinse and
dry them carefully.
USE
- Your mixer can be used to make light preparations: mayonnaise, whisked egg
whites, sauces, cake and pancake mixes...
- Do not use the mixer for more than 1 minute consecutively for heavier preparations.
The plastic whisks (D) are recommended for preparations made in containers with
non-stick coatings and for quieter operation.
- Check that the control button (B) is in the position "0".
- Fit the whisks (C or D) to the body of the appliance (A) .
- Use the accessories in identical pairs.
- Start the appliance by selecting a speed using the control button (B) .
- When the control button (B) is in the position "0", the accessories may be ejected
by simply pushing the button forwards.

PRACTICAL ADVICE

- Speed 1 is used to start a preparation and to avoid splashing.
- To continue the preparation, use speed 2.
RECIPE: Gingerbread
For this recipe, use the metal whisks (C).
150g corn flour + 150g rye flour + 1 packet (11g) of baking powder
150g sugar + 1 packet of vanilla sugar (7.5g)
spices: cinnamon (4g), cardamom (1g), green aniseed (1g), nutmeg (0.2g =1 pinch)
250g liquid honey
1 whole egg, 50 ml milk
- In a bowl, pour in the 2 flours, the baking powder and the 2 sugars.
- Grind the spices and add them to the preparation.
- Add the honey, the egg and the milk.
- Mix at maximum speed 2 for 1 minute.
- Place the pastry in a buttered cake tin and cook in the oven for 1 hour at thermostat
5 (200°C).
