How to Set Up
Your .Audio Stereo USB headset works with any USB-compliant computer.
The headset will automatically be set as the active audio device once plugged in.
windowS Xp/ViStA/7 USerS
1. install Skype
Install the latest version of Skype at www.skype.com
2. install plantronics software
Download and install the Plantronics .Audio headset software at www.plantronics.
com/audio. During installation, if Windows displays the message "PlantronicsURE.
exe wants to use Skype" click "Allow Access".
3. Get chatting!
You are now able to use all the features of your new headset.
troUBleSHootinG
If callers cannot hear you when using the internet to make calls, check that the
application being used has "Plantronics USB Headset" listed as the active device
for listening and speaking. Also check the application's help or support section.
Some applications may need to be restarted before they will recognise a new
audio device.
note: For further troubleshooting, or to manually configure your headset for
Mac OS, visit www.plantronics.com/audio.
This product is not intended for call centre use, call centre use will make your
warranty null and void.
