阀门铁芯套筒上印有阀门类别、代
号、生产日期（wwy；例如 371 /
"2011年，第37 周"）及原产国。
安装阀门
1. 安装阀门前需清洗管道系统。
2. Danfoss建议在阀门前安装过滤
器。这样可以阻挡杂质进入阀
门，从而避免阀门功能受损。
3. 阀体上的箭头必须指向流动方
向。可以在阀门侧边看到箭头。
4. 如图所示安装阀门。阀门可安装
在与垂直位置最大呈45°角处 。
5. 利用反作用力拧紧管道连接，例
如，在阀体和管道连接同时使用
扳手。
6. 阀门两侧的管道必须安全紧固。

7. 测试系统。最大测试压力为 25
bar。
8. 蒸汽温度高达185°C。处于这种
温度下的蒸汽不为人所察觉，因
此十分危险。
必须避免阀门受到外力和冲击。
安装线圈
您只能在EV245B蒸汽阀上使用
专门的蒸汽线圈（BB、BN高达
160°C；BQ、BR高达185°C。
BB DC线圈可达140°C，以及BR DC
线圈可达160°C）。
使用Danfoss电源接头042N0156 或
类似的DIN接头将线圈连接至电源。
1a. 如图所示安装引线。扁端子必
须接地。
2a. 安装 O型圈。
