3. Use

3.1 General information

- This appliance is intended only for the treatment of hands (manicure)
and feet (pedicure).
- Select the accessory you require and slide it onto the rotary spindle of
the appliance using slight pressure. To remove it, pull the accessory and
the appliance apart keeping them straight.
- Select the speed you require by sliding the switch forward.
- Never use heavy pressure and always apply the attachments carefully to
the surface to be treated.
- Guide the appliance using slight pressure over the parts to be treated
using circular movements.
- Please note that the grinding attachments will have no effect on sof-
tened or moist skin. For this reason, do not carry out any pretreatment in
a water bath.
- Do not remove the entire hard skin in order not to lose the natural pro-
tection of the skin.
- The appliance must not be operated continuously for longer than
20 minutes.
After this time, switch off the appliance for at least 15 minutes to avoid
overheating the motor.
- Ensure that the spindle can always rotate freely. The spindle must not be
permanently jammed, otherwise the appliance will overheat and suffer
damage.
- After every period of use, apply a moisturizing cream to the parts
treated.
Important:
Check the results during treatment. This applies particularly to diabetics,
as their hands and feet are less sensitive.
