Cheese and Bacon
Empanadas
Ingredients:
•
1 package of pre-cut empanada dough
•
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
•
6 slices of bacon
Steps:
•
Preheat a skillet and cook the bacon. Drain the excess fat and let it cool.
Then cut the bacon into small pieces.
•
Mix the bacon with the cheddar cheese and set aside.
•
Follow the steps to make empanadas using the included plastic sheet.
•
Serve with sour cream and chives.
•
