Installation Instructions for
Mc Coy 1 Light Outdoor Lantern

These fixtures are intended to be installed utilizing NEC compliant
junction boxes.
This product is safety listed for wet locations.
This product may be dimmed with a standard incandescent dimmer.
This instruction shows a typical installation.

BASE SCREW
1 Secure the mounting plate to the electrical box with the two provided mounting plate screws.
Connect the fixture ground wire to a suitable ground in accordance to local electrical codes.

Connect the white fixture wire to the neutral power line wire with a wire nut.

Connect the black fixture wire to the hot power line wire with a wire nut.

Mount the fixture base onto the mounting plate and secure it with the provided ball nuts.

6 Place the lamp into the socket. Refer to the label on the lamp socket for Max Wattage information.
7 Place the shade into the fixture base and assemble with fixture top.
Secure the assembly by first installing and tightening the bottom fixture screws, then by installing and tightening the top

set screws.
