Slide a MIDDLE FRAME (C) onto the UPPER LEGS (E and F)

until the holes in the FRAME line up with the holes in the LEGS.
NOTE: Be sure to position the MIDDLE FRAME exactly as shown.

Fasten the MIDDLE FRAME (C) to the UPPER LEGS (E and F).

Use four BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2).
