USE
• Insert the beaters or dough hooks into place until they are locked.
• Plug in the appliance.
• Place the ingredients in an appropriate container. Depending on the quantity to be prepared.
• Plunge the beaters or hooks into the container and start the appliance by turning the control
knob to the right.
• Turn the control knob to the right in position "1" till "5" see the attached mixing guide for some
recommendations.
• The appliance is equipped with a turbo button, which allows your appliance to generate more
power.
• When you have finished using it, reset the control knob to position "0".
• Unplug the appliance.
• Eject the beaters or dough hooks by pushing the eject button.
• Caution: After 5 minutes continuous use, allow 10 minutes rest before next use.

• 1 This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour, butter and potatoes.
• 2 Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.
• 3 For mixing cakes and quick breads.
• 4 For creaming butter and sugar, beating uncooked candy, desserts, etc.
• 5 For beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping cream, etc.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
