What To Do
Make sure the power supply is connected to the I-Sonic and
that the power cord is plugged into an operating electrical outlet.
Is the green light on power supply on?
Press and release the On/Off to see if the display lights up.
Turn volume up.
Is the unit muted?
Check connection to AUX INPUT & confirm that the external source
(i.e. CD player) is "On."
Select a different source to determine if it works or if the problem
is with all sources.
Disconnect the headphones (Note: headphones mute the speakers).
Move closer to the unit.
Is the battery plastic tab removed?
Make sure battery is installed correctly.
Change the battery in the remote.
Check connection of AM antenna.
Move power supply away from unit.
You may be in an area of weak AM signals.
Check the connection of the FM antenna.
Adjust antenna; install a high gain/roof top antenna.
Check adapter.
Check docking.
Check software on iPod or iPhone.
