• When the product has been repaired by a non-
approved supplier.
• When the product is not returned to the
manufacturer with the original till receipt
(issued by the retailer and/or importer).
• When repairs have been carried out by a third
party or a non-approved retailer.
• When the defect was caused by incorrect
or insufficient use or maintenance, neglect
or impacts at the level of the textile and/or
chassis.
• When it is a case of normal wear of the parts,
such as can be expected from daily use (wheels,
rotating and moving parts, etc.)
When does the warranty come into effect ?
The warranty period starts on the purchase date
of the product.
For how long ?
For a period of 24 consecutive months.
The warranty is only valid for the first owner and
is not transferrable.
What should you do ?
When buying the product, please keep the
original till receipt safely. The purchase date
must be clearly visible. In the event of problems
or defects, please refer to the retailer. No
exchange or refund can be demanded. Repairs
do not entail the extension of the warranty
period. The products which are not returned
directly to the manufacturer are not covered by
the warranty.
This warranty clause is in conformity with the
European directive 99/44/CE of May 25th 1999.
