As soon as your dehumidifier is « ON » it starts protecting you
and your residence from the ill effects of humidity.

The dehumidifier controls humidity by forcing excess moisture
to condense from the air into the unit as it passes over the
cooling elements. This condensed water then drains safely into
the water tank.
