Instructions
These installation and operating instructions must be followed du-
ring installation and operation. Read them carefully. We recommend
that you keep these instructions where the device is used. Particular
attention must be paid to instructions marked as follows:
If this instruction is not followed, personal safety risks
could ensue.
If this instruction is not followed, the device may not
function properly and could be damaged.
Other relevant regulations should also be followed: e.g. accident
prevention regulations or the internal operating and safety instructi-
ons of the system manufacturer.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in the loss of all entitle-
ment to claim damages.

General Description
If water is not tapped for longer periods of time, the water in the hot
water pipe cools off. Domestic hot water pumps (also called sanita-
ry or drinking water circulation pumps) pump this cold water back
into the water heater via a separate circulation pipe. The water that
then flows out of the water heater provides a constant supply of hot
water at the tap (increased comfort). At the same time, drinking wa-
ter is conserved. Drinking water circulation pumps SAN ECO series
are suitable for single- and two-family homes with a circulation pipe
length of approx. 50 m. The version at hand can be determined from
the type designation:
