TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
LOST OVERRIDE KEYS
PIN NUMBER FORGOTTEN
BATTERIES HAVE EXHAUSTED
KEYPAD IS NOT RESPONDING

CORRECT UNLOCK CODE IS
ENTERED
LOCK IS STIFF
CODE HAS RESET
BATTERIES HAVE EXHAUSTED
DOOR WILL NOT OPEN WITH
OVERRIDE KEYS
AND
Please contact hello@DOMU.co.uk
AND
Open the Safe using the Override Keys
and replace the batteries.
Unlock the Safe using the Override
Keys and replace the batteries. Reset
the unlock code.
Lubricate the lock using a suitable
non-water-based lubricant and try again.
AND Open the Safe using the Override Keys
and reset the unlock code.
Ensure the Override Keys are turned
anticlockwise and held whilst the
Locking Handle is turned clockwise
and pulled to open the door.
