3 OPERATION
FOR COOKING RICE
1 Clean the rice and pour it into the container (2). You can use the
dispensing vessel (14) to calculate the quantity.
2 Add water, depending on the type of rice used and the amount of
cooking required. If using the dispensing vessel, the marks inside the
container indicate the quantity of water that must be added. For
example: if you add 5 glasses of rice pour the water in until it reaches the
mark corresponding to 5 on the inside of the container (2). (fig. 1)
3 Put the container (2) inside the casing and move it gently, making sure
it touches the heating plate (3). (fig.2).
4 Plug the connection cord (7) into the socket (6) and connect the other
end to the mains. Then press the switch by selecting the cooking
position, when the red pilot lamp (9) will light up, indicating that the rice
is being cooked (fig.3).
5 Once the rice is cooked, after approximately 20 minutes, the switch (11)
will automatically move to the heating function, when the orange pilot
light (10) will go on.
