1. When trying to obtain the distance to the flag try moving the 'target' box over and
around it so that you are sure the distance displayed is the distance to the flag and
not perhaps larger objects such as trees and bushes that may be behind it. If you
are still not sure whether the distance calculated to the flag is correct, try aiming
and calculating the distance to the trees or bushes behind the flag intentionally
and then aim and calculate the distance to the flag again. If the distance to the flag
is shorter you will know that the distance obtained is correct.
2. To adjust the clarity of the target and viewfinder on-screen graphics, look through
the viewfinder and turn the rubber eye piece clockwise or anti-clockwise as
required.
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst it is safe to use your Shotsaver SLR500 in light rainy conditions
it is not waterproof. If using your Shotsaver SLR500 in rainy conditions ensure that you
dry it immediately after use and store it in a dry place. Do not expose your Shotsaver
SLR500 to wet or damp conditions for prolonged periods of time as it may cause
permanent damage to the device.
