For extra safety, make sure the Velcro straps of the backrest are well connected
around the frame.

When placing children in the seat, ensure the brake is on. Fasten the shoulder
straps to the hip belt; always double check if all seatbelts are fastened.
Sun Hood-Illustration 12
When using the hood, ensure the plastic components of the hood are lined up
with those of the seat. Ensure they click firmly into place.
Position of the seat - Illustration 13
The seat can be placed in 3 different reclining positions. Press the round buttons
at both sides simultaneously to put the seat in the requested position.
Lockable front wheel - Illustration 14
Pull the locking handle up to lock the front wheels in position. The wheels are
now locked in a straight position and the stroller will go in a straight line. Push
the locking handle down to unlock the front wheels, the front wheels will now
swivel again, making the stroller very easy to manoeuvre.
Use of cot (optional) - Illustration 15 - 17
Put both plastic sides of the travel cot in a vertical position. Turn the plastic
components down at both sides. Pull at the loops on the bottom of the cot, until
you hear it click. Place the cot on the under-carriage and push downwards until
it clicks into place. Push down at the foot end of the cot to lock into place. The
City Twin allows you to combine a seat and a cot at the same time.

Ensure that the plastic components of the bumper bar are well connected on the
seat and it clicks firmly into place.
Remove the bumper bar - Illustration 19 - 20
The bumper bar can be unfastened to allow easy access to the seat. Push in on
the button at the side of the bumper bar; the bar can now be raised and rotated
to allow access to the seat. When refastening the bumper bar, make sure that it
clicks firmly into place.

Remove the seats including the hoods from the under- carriage.
Folding the cot - Illustration 10-12
To disengage the cot, pull the lever under the cot towards you, uncoupling the
cot. Then, simultaneously press the plastic knobs at the side to lift the cot from
the under-carriage. Make sure both plastic sides of the cot are turned around a
quarter turn and make sure the hood of the plastic components are pulled up. Pull
the loops on the bottom of the cot to the centre. The cot can now be folded into
a flat position.
Usage of cot without under-carriage
To use the cot without the under-carriage you have to make sure that both plastic
parts of the cot are turned around until the cot is equal to the surface it stands
on.
