VIBRATION SPEED
Ten different speeds allow you to choose the right intensity
for specific muscle groups or specific areas.
Each speed has a different stroke intensity in revolutions
per minute.
Slight deviations of ± 50 RPM are possible.
•
Move the massager over the desired muscle groups for about 1 minute per region.
•
Apply as much pressure as you need. You should never push very hard because the
work is done by the vibration impulse!
•
Use the massager for 15-20 minutes per application and up to three times a day.
•
Avoid using the massage head in the same region for more than 2 minutes.
•
Excessive use can injure the tissue.
