Chapter 3:
3-1. GENERIS G300 3.00m and 4.50m assembly
Scaffolding must be erected, dismantled and modified by at least 2 people.
The working height is defined according to the user and the task to be carried out.
3-1-1 – Castor wheels assembly
• Insert the 4 castor wheels in the base flutes.
• Adjust the height of each castor wheel leg and lock it using a Ø10 split pin.
• Lock the castor wheel brake using your foot.
3-1-2 –Scaffolding alignment method on a 1% tilt slope
• Check the level of the base using a spirit level in 3 steps (A, B and C), adjust if necessary,
using the castor wheel adjustment.
• Adjust the castor wheel by using the 10 possible adjustment positions provided on the
castor wheel flute.
• In the case of a 1% slope, the two downhill castor wheels must be set one position apart
from the other two castor wheels.
• Finally, check the verticality of the scaffolding: <1%.

Height adjustment of the castor wheel legs is
used only used to correct the unevenness of the floor.
