3.TROUBLE SHOOTING

BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE

Before contacting professional service, review this list. It may save your expense
and time.
This list includes common occurrences that are not the result of a defect in wor-
kmanship or materials.
Problem
The unit doesn't opera-
te.
The dehumidifying func-
tion doesn't work or the
unit turn on / off fre-
quently.
Operation is noisy.
Possible Cause
No power supply.
Water Full Indication
Flash.
Room temperature un-
der 5 degree or above
35 degree.
Timer function is active.
Is the air filter clogged?
Is the door/window
opened?
Is the unit close any heat
emanation?
Is the intake duct or dis-
charge duct obstruc-
ted?
Is the unit tilted or unste-
ady?
Is the air filter clogged?

Solution
Connect to a functioning
outlet and switch on.
Drain water tank and reset
your setting, or replace the
water tank to right place.
Self-Protection designed
to protect the unit. Can
not work under such tem-
perature.
Deactivate Timer function.
Clean the air filter as ins-
tructions.
Close the door / win-
dow.
Remove the unit to a
cool place.
Remove the obstruction
from the discharge duct
or intake duct.
Place on an even, solid
surface (less vibration).
Clean the air filter as ins-
tructions.
