Installation, Mounting:
CAUTION:
1. Turn off 0769010, electronic source and the electrical devices (e.g. heater) which
will be connected before installation and maintenance.
2. The installer must be a trained service engineer
1. Installation Location:
The thermostat should be mounted on an inner wall 1.5m above the floor in position
where it is readily affected by changes of the general room temperature with freely
circulating air. Prevent direct exposure to sunlight; dripping or splashing area. Do not
place this unit at a location where air circulation is low, or where it has great
temperature changes (e.g. near door). Do not place the thermostat near heat generating
sources (radiators, hot air vents, TV or lights).
2. Wiring:
For 0769010, there are 3 wiring terminals at the bottom which is labeled as "L", "1"
and "N". Connect a heater to the "1" and "N". It is high recommended that the wiring
connection to the supply is via a fuse rated at no more than 15 Amps.
Push all cables back into wall prior to fixing to avoid trapping wires.
Do not use metal conduit or of cable provided with a metal sheath.
Recommend adding Fuse or protective device in the live circuit.

4. Mounting without bottom plate (Diagram 1):
- Ensure the surface is level
- Place the cable at the hole near the terminal block
- Place the 2 pcs of wall anchors into the holes of the wall
- Fasten the thermostat with 2 pcs of long screws though the 2 mounting holes
5. Mounting with bottom plate (Diagram 2):
- Adjust the bottom plate on the wall or junction box and ensure the plate is at surface
level and cover the junction box comfortably

If necessary, pull the cables out at the middle hole of the bottom plate

Place the 2pcs of wall anchors at the wall if necessary

Fasten the plate with the 2pcs of long screws

Place the cables at the hole near the terminal block

Fasten the thermostat with the 2pcs of screws through the 2 mounting holes
6. Ensure the rubber key is firmly on the PCB as

B. Start/Reset:
1. Switch off all the connected devices, after wiring and mounting.
2. The main electric source is switched ON, the LCD display will be switch ON.
3. The 0769010 will be ready to control the heater.
4. Switch ON the heater. The heater will remain OFF until 0769010 activates the output
ON with

1. Temperature detection starts and LCD displays the room temperature.

Selecting the Temporary/ Permanent Override Mode

Review and adjust the Override temperature:

2. Hold the < >/< > for 2 seconds, the Override temperature will flash.
3. Press < >/< > to adjust the Override temperature.
4. Press <
> to exit the Override temperature setting.
Or 0769010 will auto-return to normal mode after 10 seconds.
Temporary Override Mode:
Temporary Override mode maintains until next program time is met.
Permanent Override Mode:
The room temperature will be maintained at the Override temperature until
Override mode is released. Press < HOLD > to release the Permanent
Override mode.
H. Control Off / Sleep mode:
1. Press the <
> to select the sleep mode and control off mode. The sequence is
as below:

2. Press any other keys to exit the control off / Sleep mode and return normal
mode.
Sleep mode:
At sleep mode, <
> icon is displayed. The heater is turned off, irrespective of
the current control setting temperature. The temperature and real time are
shown. The defrost function is activated when temperature is 41°F or below.
Output will be forced to ON @ Heat.
Control Off mode:
The LCD is fully turned off. The heater is switched off, irrespective of the
current control temperature setting. The defrost function is disabled.
