DAB/DAB+ Settings
In DAB mode, you can access settings by pressing and holding
the 'Info' button (Ref.4). Browse through the setting options and
select an option with the Navigation/Select dial (Ref.7):
Full Scan - Select this option to begin a full scan. Alternatively,
press the 'Scan/Pair' button for this function.
Manual Tune - Select this option to manually scroll through the
stations by channel and frequency.
DRC - This function enables you to reduce the difference
between the maximum and minimum audio volume being
broadcast. This makes quiet sounds comparatively louder,
and loud sounds comparatively quieter. DRC only works if it is
enabled by the broadcaster for a specific station.
When you select this option, you can use the Navigation/Select
dial (Ref.7) to browse between setting OFF, High or Low. Select
your choice by pressing down the dial.
Prune - Select this function to remove stations that are listed
but are unavailable. Once this option is selected, the radio will
require you to select Yes or No - select Yes for prune settings to
be applied.
System - Select this option to enter radio settings. You can adjust
settings such as time, backlight, language, factory reset, SW
version (Software). For guidance on these settings, please refer
to the Settings instructions on
page 18.
