Risk of injury
Using TilGreen's TilTrott scooter may cause risks of injury from losing control, collision or a fall. To reduce these risks it is
essential that you read the instructions for use and respect the warnings in them before using the scooter for the first time.
Precautions
Use the scooter for the first time in an obstacle-free area in order to familiarize yourself with accelerating, braking, and taking
bends...
When you first use the TilTrott ride at low speed, and gradually increase the speed when you are more confident..
The TilTrott has 3 speeds. Ensure you use the first speed of 6 km/h during the first use. When you are confident increase the
speed to 15 km/h and then to 25 km/h.
•
Do not ride the scooter one-handed,
•
Do not switch the scooter off whilst riding.
Only ride the TilTrott on a smooth surface without bumps or holes more than 2 cm high/deep. Holes/bumps of more than 2cms
could cause the scooter to stop, and the rider to fall off.
Before use, check that the electronic and mechanical braking system (rear foot). If one of the two brakes is defective do not use
the scooter and contact your reseller.
Legislation
It is prohibited to use the scooter on public roads. In the event of accident, you can be held liable on the basis of article 1382
and 1383 of the French Civil Code.

It is strongly recommended to wear a helmet as well as elbow pads, knee pads and gloves,
•
Use by children under 14 years of age is prohibited,
•
It is strongly recommended not to use the scooter when it is raining,
•
It is prohibited to use the scooter in the immediate vicinity of people, obstacles and vehicles,
•
It is prohibited to use the scooter in fire or explosion risk areas such as service stations,
•
It is prohibited for the scooter to carry 2 people even if the maximum weight load is respected.
Always adapt your speed to the weather conditions or the environment in which you are in.
Shocks and vibrations
Using the scooter can generate significant shocks and vibrations depending on surface on which it is used.
Do not use your scooter for too long and immediately stop using if discomfort is caused by vibrations.
Electrical risk
The chargers are under high voltage. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle the charger and the TilTrott battery block.
Lights
Although the scooter is fitted with LED light, if the scooter is used at night, it is essential you wear clothes which can be seen.
This product cannot be used on public roads
Liability
TilGreen disclaims all liability for a use of the TilTrott scooter which does not conform with the legislation in force in the country.
When purchasing a TilGreen Brand product, the users or the people representing them state that they have read the instructions for
use and therefore cannot sue TilGreen in any circumstances.
If, after reading these warnings, the user or the people representing the user do not comply with all these specific points, the user or
the user's representative must return the equipment to the approved reseller before any first use.

Warranty conditions
Your TilTrott is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep the purchase invoice as well as the original
packing which will be required for transport, and the warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
•
Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, poor use, improper use,
•
Any damage caused by an immersion or exposure to a wet and/or saline climate
•
Any damage caused by any intervention by any person other than the people authorized by the manufacturer or the
importer
•
A product or a part which has been modified without the manufacturer or importer's written authorization
•
The use of a charger which is not supplied by the manufacturer or importer.
Damage to the structure caused by shocks is not covered by the warranty and can lead to the total abandonment of the product
warranty. External shocks can damage internal components such as the electronic card and battery. Spare parts will be available
for 2 years
