Opening and closing the scooter
The LED screen's functions

You can change the power mode by pressing twice on the start button
Opening the scooter
1- Push the release lever down with your foot
2- Lower the platform towards the ground
3- When you hear a "click", the scooter is correctly

Closing the scooter
1- Push the lever at the base of the handlebars
2- Bring the platform up towards the handlebars
3- When you hear a "click", the scooter is closed.
Retractable handles
Screw the handles onto the spindles. Tighten them well.

Starting
To switch the TiilTrott on, press on the start button for 1 second. Press
on the start button for longer to switch the TilTrott off.
The rear light functions independently by reacting to vibrations. It is
normal for the light to go out when the TilTrott is stopped and to flash
when it is in use

Using the accelerator and the brake
The trigger on the right handle controls the accelerator.
The trigger on the left handle control s the electronic brake.
You accelerate by pushing the right hand trigger with your thumb and
you brake with the electronic brake by pushing the left trigger with
your thumb.
Practice at low speed to begin with .
Your TilTrott is also fitted with a rear brake. All you have to do is to
push down with you foot at the back,adjusting the pressure.
Charging your TilTrott
• Check that the connection plug is dry
• Insert the charger plug (100 - 240 V, 50 - 60 Hz) into the connector,
• When the charging light is red, the battery is charging,
• If the charging light stays green, check that the connector is properly connected,
• When the charging light turns green, the battery is fully charged,
• It is important to stop charging at this moment because there is a risk of damaging the Lithium battery by overcharging,
• Complete battery charging time is around 3 hours (flat battery).
It is important to only use the charger supplied by TilTrott to avoid damaging the battery.
Maintenance
Maintaining the scooter
Surface marks can be removed by using a soft damp cloth. If marks are difficult to remove, use toothpaste on a soft cloth and then wash
with a damp cloth.
Protect the TilTrott from bad weather (rain, snow etc) as far as possible as well as from the sun.
Important: never use corrosive products with an alcohol or petrol base etc. This could damage the TilTrott's structure and its internal
components (circuit board, battery etc.). Using these products would invalidate the warranty.
Maintaining the battery
Do not expose the TilTrott to extreme temperatures (+50° C to -20°C). For example, do not put the TilTrott in your car in very hot
weather or when temperatures are very low.
Lithium batteries are considered to be dangerous products. If you have to transport them by plane
you must inform the airline.
