Combining the gears the following reductions can be obtained: 9 / 15 / 25 / 45 / 125 / 225 / 625 / 1125 : 1
The output shaft is Ø 3 mm and it can be fitted with any type of mechanical adaptation for said diameter (cardan,
pulley, etc.)
1 - Assemble the two frame brackets with the M3 x 35mm screws and the plastic tubular spacers (L = 25mm), before
placing the nuts, place the motor between the frames. The motor connection terminals must be in the vertical slot.
The motor will be pressurized when the two M3 x 35mm screws are tightened. Before tightening the screws, check
that everything is well aligned with a flat base. Check that no part is forced.
2 - Place the 10 tooth gear on the motor shaft, tighten it tightly. Carry out this operation carefully so as not to damage
the motor or the gear. Apply the force in the direction of the axis so that the gear is not tilted. Do not tighten it all the
way down, leave a couple of millimeters of margin, so that it can rotate freely.
3 - To assemble this motor-reducer, it is advisable to start by assembling the reduction shown below, it includes the
different parts that make up the kit., Reduction 1125: 1
NOTE :
The red gears are pressed into their corresponding shaft and therefore always rotate in solidarity with it.
White gears have a center bore slightly larger than the diameter of the shaft, so they always rotate freely.
The motor output will always be taken from the long axis. At the end opposite the gears, the flexible washer will be
fitted under pressure to prevent the shaft and gears from moving. When putting both the gears and the flexible
washer, you must always leave some clearance so that the system does not have to withstand excessive friction.
