14.2 Warranty and indemnity

We will carry out repairs free of charge for 24
months from the date of purchase (i.e. the date
on the sales slip or receipt) if your appliance is
defective because of faults in the manufacture or
materials.
The warranty excludes damage resulting from the
fact that these instructions have not been follo-
wed or have not been followed in full.
Any further claims or compensation are likewise
excluded.
Send your rejected appliance together with the
sales slip or receipt and a description of your
complaint to our Service Department. Please
also enclose the Warranty certificate if you wish
to make a claim under the Warranty.
Batteries and self-adhesive electrodes are exclu-
ded from the Warranty.
15. Waste disposal and care of the
environment
■ Do not throw away the used battery with your
household rubbish but put it with the hazar-
dous waste or in a battery collection box at a
specialist shop.
■ Do not throw the Well TENS in the household
rubbish but hand it in at a collection point
for the recycling of electrical and electronic
equipment.
If you have any questions on disposal, our
Service Department or your dealer will be
pleased to help you.
