SAFETY – GENERAL
• This appliance should be used as described within the instructions for
use that accompany it.
• For indoor, domestic use only. Not intended for commercial or hospital
use.
• CAUTION - Prolonged use at high-temperature setting may cause a
risk of overheating or skin burns. If the appliance is used for extended
periods, we advise using it on the lowest heat setting.
• This appliance may not be used by children aged 0-3 years, helpless
individuals unable to communicate heat stress or people with reduced
sensitivity to heat or pain (e.g. individuals suffering from diabetic
neuropathy or patients on pain medication).
• This appliance may not be used by children aged 3-8 years unless they
are supervised by an adult and understand the hazards involved.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way,
and understand the hazards involved.
• Keep the appliance out of reach of small children. Children should not
play with the appliance or its accessories. Children less than 3 years
of age should be kept away unless continuously supervised. Cleaning
and user maintenance operations should not be performed by
children unless they are older than 8 years and under supervision.
• Do not use this product if you are using a cardiac pacemaker or
implantable defibrillator as this appliance may cause electromagnetic
interference. Consult your doctor before using this appliance.
• Do not use on animals/pets.
• CAUTION - The plastic bags and packaging used to wrap this
appliance may be dangerous. To avoid the risk of suffocation, keep
these bags out of reach of babies and children. These bags are not
toys.
• Ensure that all packaging materials and any promotional labels or
stickers are removed from the appliance before the first use.
DISPOSAL OF THE DEVICE
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection
facilities. Contact your local government for information regarding the collection systems
available. If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can
leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take back your
old appliance for disposal free of charge.

SAFETY – OPERATION
• Always inspect the appliance before use for noticeable signs of
damage. Do not use if it has been damaged, has been cut or pierced
by a sharp object or if there are clear signs of wear. In the event of
damage, or if the appliance develops a fault, contact a qualified
electrician.
• Make sure your electricity supply matches the voltage shown on the
appliance label.
• Only use this appliance with the original control unit UHC100EU.
• Do not sleep while using or wearing this product.
• Do not fold or bunch the fabric while the device is switched on.
• Do not place the control unit or other objects on the fabric while the
appliance is switched on.
• Do not place the appliance on an external heat source (e.g. radiator or
hot water bottle) while it is switched on.
• Unplug the appliance from the mains electricity when not in use
and before cleaning. To unplug, pull the power plug from the mains
socket.
• To protect against fire, electric shock or personal injury, do not
immerse cord or control unit in water or other liquids. Detach the
control unit and cable before washing the fabric.
• After washing, ensure the fabric is thoroughly dry before using it
again. Never use if wet.
• Always ensure that your hands are dry before removing the power
plug from the mains socket. Never pull the plug out of the mains
socket by its lead.
• Do not connect this appliance to an external timer or remote-control
system.
• An extension cable may be used with caution. The electrical rating of
the cable should be at least as high as that of the device. Do not allow
the cable to hang over the edge of the worktop, or touch any hot
surfaces.
LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY
A-Brand Distributors BV guarantees your appliance against material and fabrication faults for two years after your
initial purchase. Should material or fabrication faults be found, A-Brand Distributors BV will repair or replace the
device with a similar or better-specified product. Damage to the device due to any form of negligence, accident,
lack of cleaning and maintenance, or other use or abuse that can reasonably be considered to be in conflict with
the directions described in these instructions, does not fall under this warranty. Furthermore, legal provisions with
respect to consumer purchases apply. In the event of a fault, we advise you to return the product together with the
original proof of purchase to the store where you bought it. When the defect in the device is caused by anything
other than material or fabrication faults, you may be charged for examination and repair costs.
