General Information
Before operating this tool please absolutely make sure to read, understand and comply
with this instruction sheet. Please keep this manual afterwards at a suitable place in order
to be accessible for all possible users of that device.
General Safety Instructions and Personal Safety
The device may only be taken into operating state by knowledgeable people that have
understood and comply with this instruction. The user must be physically able to operate
this device.
FÖRCH points out that this device should not be modifi ed for other intended uses.
For injuries or damages resulting from improper use or for purposes other than intended,
FÖRCH does not accept any liability or warranty.
In addition the accident prevention regulations and the general safety regulations for the
device's scope of application have to be observed.
Safety Regulations
■
Never direct pneumatic tools against human beings, animal or yourself
■
Do not let the device run in unloaded condition
■
Pay attention to the reaction moment
■
Make sure that you have a safe standing
■
Pneumatic tools should not get in contact with electrical power sources
■
Do not exceed the indicated maximum operating pressure
■
Check the hose connection for tight fi t
■
Do not use damaged, worn or low-quality pressure hoses
■
Disconnect pneumatic tools only at zero pressure
■
Only use dry, clean air
■
Only use the spare parts recommended by FÖRCH
■
Do not carry the tool at the operating handle
■
Avoid unintended operation
■
Never use the Underbody Coating / Body Cavity Protection Spray Gun under the infl u-
ence of drugs or alcohol
■
Marking of the device shall always be easily readable
■
The pneumatic tool may only be operated and maintained by trained staff
■
During operation – do not touch spray nozzle or the surrounding work area
■
Only change the spraying unit of the spray gun when the pressure hose is disconnected
■
Permanent vibration can lead to health problems
■
In case of leakage or other malfunction on the device, disconnect the tool from the com-
pressed air supply
