TROUBLESHOOTING
Check the chart below for solutions to common problems.
Problem
Unit does not dispense
hot and cold water.
Unit does not dispense
cold water.
Unit does not dispense
hot water.
Unit is noisy
during operation.
Water leaks from
the faucet.
Water is dripping out
of the water cooler and
onto the floor.
The water being
dispensed has a
strange taste.

Possible Cause
Water dispenser is damaged.
The water bottle cap is not attached
properly to the connector
on the water cooler.
Too much cold water has been
dispensed in a short period of time.
System has malfunctioned.
The ventilation around the
unit is insufficient.
Water in the water bottle is hot.
(Bottle is exposed to direct sunlight.)
Too much hot water has been
dispensed in a short period of time.
System has malfunctioned.
The appliance is not level.
Unit is touching other objects.
The top portion of the faucet has
become loose.
The faucet has been damaged.
The hot or cold water tank is leaking.
The drain cap on the back is not
fastened properly.
Bottle has a small crack.
This is not uncommon with
new water coolers.

Remedy
Replace the dispenser or send
for service.
Connect properly.
Wait 30 to 60 minutes
for the water to cool.
Contact dealer.
Space the unit from the wall by more
than 4 in. (10 cm)
Place the water bottle in a cool location
out of direct sunlight.
Wait up to 15 minutes
for the water to heat.
Contact dealer.
Place the unit on a level, flat surface.
Move the unit away from other objects.
Tighten the top threaded portion of
the faucet.
Call the customer service telephone
number to repair the faucet.
Remove the water bottle and
contact a dealer.
Tighten the drain cap. If the sealing
silicone material inside the drain cap is
torn or damaged, replace with a
new one.
Replace the water bottle.
Clean the waterways.
