Audible and visual signalling
The repeater panel is used to relay information supplied by the central unit about events in progress :
The indicator lights provide a general indication of the central unit's status.
The screen is used to detail each event in progress on the central unit:
- FIRE: detection zone
- FAULT: central unit mains power, central unit battery, detection zone, sirens circuit,
communication (S1 S2 connection problem with the central unit)
- DISABLED: detection zone, sirens circuits
- TEST: detection zone
When the signalling and control equipment is on stand-by: the message "ALARM REPEATER" is displayed. If no events
occur for 15 seconds, this information is cleared from the screen.
If no events occur for 15 seconds, the messages are cleared from the screen (stored in the memory). Press a scroll
button to reactivate the display.
After correcting the events on the signalling and control equipment, the information is cleared from the screen.
When all events are acknowledged on the signalling and control equipment, if an event is still stored in the repeater panel,
press the "SILENCE BUZZER" button for at least 5 seconds.
The buzzer sounds when an alarm, a problem or a connection fault occurs.
It stops after all events disappear or after the "SILENCE BUZZER" button is pressed.
