FAQ
Why is there no sound?
1. Check that the mains/car adapter is connected correctly.
Check that the battery is not dead and needs to be changed.
2. Check that the set frequency is the same on the
RadioStreamer and the FM radio.
3. Ensure that the audio source and the FM radio are
functioning correctly.
How do I reduce interference?
1. Check that a local radio station is not interfering with the
selected frequency. If this is the case – change to another
frequency.
2. Lower the volume of your audio source and use the FM radio
to adjust the volume.
3. Make sure that your RadioStreamer is not located too close
to units such as mobile phones or other electrical equipment.
These can interfere with transmission.
4. If the radio cannot find the Radiostreamer's transmission,
turn off the automatic channel search function on your radio.
In order to function, the appliance requires one high quality 1.5
V battery (AAA type, included) or the unit can be run from a 12
V socket. Please note that operating time will vary according to
the type of batteries being used.
