Soft vegetables and fruits with peel (tomatoes, grapes, etc.) should be shredded before
being loaded into the juicer.

Long vegetables, such as carrots, should be loaded with the narrow end facing down.

It is recommended to roll up green leafy vegetables (cabbage, spinach, etc.) into rolls
with a diameter of 2-3 cm before loading them into the juicer.

When preparing juice from leafy greens and vegetables, load the greens first and then
the hard vegetables. The juice from hard vegetables will help to better extract juice from
the greens.

When preparing juices from several different fruits and vegetables, it is recommended
to alternate them when loading them into the juicer. It is recommended to start the
juicing with a softer product.

The equipment is not intended for processing fibrous fruits and vegetables, or bananas,
papaya, and avocados, as juice cannot be extracted from them.
•
Do not try to process hard products such as coconuts as they can damage the grater and
motor.
•
As the vitamins begin to break down quickly, the juice should be consumed as soon as
possible.
•
Apple juice oxidizes quickly and turns brown. To slow down the oxidation process, it is
recommended to add a few drops of lemon juice.
•
The left-over pulp from juice extraction can be used to make soups, sauces, jams,
desserts, etc.
EQUIPMENT DISASSEMBLY
•
Set the operating mode switch to the middle position "0" (off).
•
Turn off the power (unplug the power cord from the wall outlet).
•
Remove the pusher and lower the locking lever.
•
Remove the lid. Remove the waste container.
•
Grasp the bowl with both hands and remove it from the motor unit along with the grater
filter.
EQUIPMENT CLEANING
Before cleaning, disconnect the power supply and disassemble the equipment.
Do not use abrasive materials, metal sponges or brushes, aggressive chlorinated cleaners,
gasoline, acids, alkalis or solvents to clean the equipment.
Do not place the motor unit, power cord or plug under running water or immerse them in water
or any other liquid.
The bowl, grater filter, waste container, juice container with filter and lid may be washed in the
dishwasher (only in the top rack).
•
Care must be taken when cleaning the grater filter, as it can easily be damaged. Be
careful, as the knife blades are very sharp. Don't touch them with your hands.
Immediately after finishing operation, soak the grater filter in warm soapy water for 10
minutes, then clean with a nylon brush, rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry. If the
