7. Operating controls
Turn the knob to the position "OFF" to switch off the appliance.
The speed increases if you turn the knob towards "Max". The speed decreases if
you turn the knob towards "Min". If you want to use a program mode, then press
one of the program buttons to start the corresponding program.
