If your device stops charging
Check the status light:

If there is none, the Heart is not powered. Re-connect the power
cords

If the status light is glowing white, make sure that the device is placed
correctly on the charging area and has not been moved during the
charging accidentally

If the status light is glowing red, but the device does not indicate
ongoing charging, the battery might be full. Check the battery
indicator status, If the battery is full, remove the device from the
Charging Spot. If the battery is not full, remove the device from the
Charging Spot and re-align it in order to continue charging
