5. ADJUSTING THE FLOW TIME (if present)
It is possible to adjust the fl ow time from 0 to 30 sec. (approx. values) as follows (fi g.
05):
Dismount the button head (1) removing the fi xing screw (2) with a 1,5 mm Allen-key.

Act on the stop-ring turning (3) it clockwise to increase the fl ow time, and anti-lock
•
wise to reduce it.
Orientate the stop ring (3) as shown in picture to allow the refi tting of the fi xing
•
screw (fi g. 06).
Reassemble completely paying attention to alignment of the hole in the spindle (4)
•
with the fi xing screw (2).
6. MAINTENANCE
Clean the chrome plated surfaces with water and soap – avoid aggressive liquids
– and dry with a soft cloth. Timed taps normally do not need any maintenance for
mechanical components, but its reliability is strongly infl uenced by water quality: for
this reason, in some cases, small interventions could be necessary, as it is described
in the paragraph "In case of problems..." Your retailer will be glad to give you all the
necessary information on the product and the spare parts.
